3 easy ways to get the card

1. At your School

See your ISSU Student Liaison officer in your school and give them the following:

  • Completed application form (download a copy here or pick up at your school)
  • Age verification, Supply a photocopy of your passport or birth cert to verify your date of birth.
  • 1 passport sized photo
  • €13 card fee. Your card will be valid until 31 Dec 2010.

Your application will be sent to Head office for processing and will take approx 4 working days.

2. By Post

Complete the following:

  • Completed application form - Download Now!
  • Age verification, Supply a photocopy of your passport or birth cert to verify your date of birth.
  • 1 Passport photo
  • €13 card fee and 70c postage. Make out Cheques or Postal Money Orders to ISSU Scholar Card. Please avoid sending Cash by post. Your card will be valid until 31 Dec 2010.

3. Online

Complete the online form with payment by Visa, Mastercard or Laser. You will be sent an email confirmation which you will need to print out and get stamped by your school and send to the following address along with 1 Passport photo and a photo copy of your passport or birth cert to verify your date of birth.
